We’re thrilled to support Starlight Children’s Foundation with a $250,000 donation to help brighten the lives of sick kids.
Today’s contribution - from Golden Casket unclaimed prizemoney - will fund 38 Starlight Wishes giving a child and their family a fun and positive experience to help break the monotony of hospital life.
Starlight’s Queensland Partnerships Manager Danica Bennett said there were more than 800 sick kids currently waiting for a Starlight Wish.
“The need to bring positive distraction and happiness has never been more important and thanks to the continued support of The Lott, this generous donation will help grant 38 life-changing Starlight Wishes,” she explained.
The Lott Partnerships Manager Ally Ramsamy said the program gave kids with critical illnesses strength and hope for the future.
“No matter what a child’s circumstance, they should have the opportunity to enjoy a life filled with fun, laughter and happiness,” she said.
