We're named an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality

We’re proud to be named an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), acknowledging our commitment to a culture that’s fair, inclusive and diverse.

We also support our people with domestic and family violence policies,” The Lottery Corporation CEO Sue van der Merwe said. 

WGEA Director Mary Wooldridge said the citation verifies to employees – and potential employees – that an organisation is taking meaningful action to improve the working lives of women and men throughout the business.
